Hi, I’m Joey Coots, the Lead Pastor at Journey Church. I was born and raised in Alabama in 1967. I have been married to my wife Kim for twenty-two years and we have four amazing daughters. I get to do what I love and that is pastor and lead a great church that is REAL, full of LIFE and knows it’s PURPOSE. I came to Eva to re-launch Journey Church in September of 2002. I love seeing people’s lives changed and equipping them to fulfill their purpose in life.
Hobbies: I enjoy anything outdoors; from camping, fishing, scuba diving to riding motorcycles, target shooting and best of all…anytime on the beach!!! (And NO I do not play golf – I know it’s hard to believe, but it’s just not me.)
